BACK TO SCHOOL BONANZA

PRE-REGISTRATIONS FOR THE BACK TO SCHOOL BONANZA HAVE CLOSED. WE HAVE MET THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PRE-REGISTRATIONS. 

Hello! Welcome to the 2024 Farmington United Methodist Church Back to School Bonanza. We are glad you are here and are happy to serve you at this event! Please read the following carefully. Thank you!"

"Please pre-register on July 22 so that we can try to have your sizes; and even though you've pre-registered, we ask that the child be present in person to try on the shoes; we are an "in-person" event. You can pre-register with this link or by scanning the QR code on this page.

This event is limited to the first 500 students that pre-register and can be present, so please be considerate and only sign-up if you can bring the kids.  Contact info if questions, mjsilva@farmingtonumc.net

As a matter of policy, the students have their feet washed before trying on their shoes. This is a practice that Jesus did for his disciples, and it helps with getting the socks and shoes on the kids' feet in the August heat. Even though it takes additional time, we will be washing their feet. Please plan accordingly.

 If a health physical is needed, you will please give the students' name, gender, date of birth, and then the parent's contact email, phone #, and address. We will share info with ARCare Clinic. 

Immunizations are not available through our Bonanza, but can be scheduled with ARCare Farmington, 3150 E Heritage Pkwy, Farmington, AR 72730, or with a provider of your choice. Please be aware that health physicals will take additional time and plan accordingly.  

Hair stylists work at their own pace and will go home at 6:30 p.m.

Something new this year- a timed entry ticket will be included in the confirmation email you'll receive within a week of your pre-registration. The outside lines will form according to the timed entry on your confirmation email, so there is no need to arrive more than 30 minutes ahead of time. Be sure and check your email!

This form will accept up to 8 children, 4 males and 4 females. If your family is larger than that, please make a second submission for the additional children. Thank you!

We are open to students in grades Pre-K (4 yrs. old) through 12th grade from any school district. We are a United Methodist Church located in Farmington, Arkansas. We reserve the right to close the pre-registration when the numbers reach 500  students or at 5:00 p.m., Monday, July 29, 2024; whichever comes first. 

We do not assume responsibility for any accidents that may occur due to your attendance or participation in this event. We cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available. By pre-registering for and participating in this event, you agree to release the Farmington United Methodist Church and its agents from any liability
